Candidates: Submitting candidate can happen in the following fashion;
Ex: Subject: REFERRAL – Ref#502, Financial Controller; Jessica Glazer
AND/OR
When submitting the candidate through the “Talent Portal” on the web site the source must be indicated with your name while you are registered with MindHR

MindHR will pay a referral bonus to anyone who refers a client.

In the text your name, relationship to the company and your opinion as to how we can best help is necessary. Sending random names of companies will not constitute providing referrals.
Should MindHR have an opportunity to create a business success story through your referral, a referral bonus for the first 3 (three) successful placements will result in a referral bonus.
We will pay you as soon as we are paid!
Please note; Unless you indicate that this is a confidential referral, MindHR will assume that you have spoken directly with the candidate about this position and we will use your name as a reference point when contacting the candidate.
If the candidate is already in our system through previous referral, or their own submission you will be notified that this candidate has already been submitted to us and he/she will not be considered your candidate referral—however we will let you know right away!!!
Referral fees will only be paid out if the candidate is hired by our client and remains employed and in good standing with our client for a minimum of 3 (three) months. Should a candidate not succeed at the client you will not owe any money to MindHR but we hope you can help find a replacement!!
